Do you choose the hotel for us?

No, you make the final call. We provide an extensive, curated list of partners across Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum that match your specific vibe. Whether that's a focused boardroom atmosphere, a kid-friendly resort for families, or a secluded jungle retreat.

Who handles the onsite details?

Even if you are doing all your own planning, we still have a Quokka Hub representative onsite or in the immediate area. We stay at the resort to ensure your airport transfers, meeting room setups, and group needs are handled seamlessly without you having to chase hotel staff.

Can you help with things outside of the meeting room?
